Bruce Honig brings over 22 years of achievement in the field of Training and Organizational Development to his clients. He has emphasized the cultivation of innovation and creativity in individuals, teams and organizations. He focuses on supporting management and teams through coaching, facilitation, consulting and training. Bruce also owned a children's day camp, Camp Invention, that was devoted to celebrating the creativity in children, He also owned a Game Manufacturing company, C.R.E.A.T.E. Additionally he produced a gameshow, called Brainstormers (guess the subject matter...creativity).

Bruce received a B.A. in Educational Philosophy and a M.A. in Educational Psychology and Curriculum Design.

In 1977 he did far-reaching research in the area of creative behavior and design at Farwest Laboratories for Educational Research and Development. Using a systems approach orientation he developed a program and theory for creative action, which later became the basis for his own consulting firm.

His unique understanding of the creative process led him to invent a nationally marketed board game, CREATE: The Game that Challenges and Expands your Creativity, as well as many other games. He edited and wrote The CreativeMind, a newsletter devoted to supporting innovation in business, and wrote many journal articles on the creative act.

Bruce has served as VP of Programs for the Golden Gate Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. He also is an active member of the Bay Area Organizational Development Network, Bay Area Simulations and Games Association and the International Association of Facilitators.

Bruce has worked with a variety of different companies including General Motors, Mattel Toys, Levi Strauss, Portal Publications and The Gap.
